Do I tell the truth and stand on my values, even when it is uncomfortable?

2. Intent

Are my motives honest, respectful, and not hidden?

3. Capability

Do I have the skill, knowledge, and support to do what I said I would do?

4. Results

Do I follow through and deliver? Do people see the evidence?
