Opening: Trust Check
Ask: "Think of someone you trust. What did they do to earn it?" Capture 3–5 answers.
Main Idea
Explain: high trust moves faster; low trust creates drama, checking, blame, and delay.
The 4 Cores of Trust
Integrity, Intent, Capability, and Results. Connect to ARC: Accountability + Responsibility = Credibility.
Activity: Trust Bank Account
Teens identify deposits they can make and withdrawals they need to stop.
Scenario Practice
Use a group-project scenario to practice repair: Own it. Apologize. Fix it. Do better.
7-Day Trust Challenge
Pick one behavior: talk straight, show respect, keep commitments, or listen first.

Trust starts with self-trust. Teens should ask: "Can people believe me, count on me, and grow with me?"
1. Integrity
Do I tell the truth and stand on my values, even when it is uncomfortable?
2. Intent
Are my motives honest, respectful, and not hidden?
3. Capability
Do I have the skill, knowledge, and support to do what I said I would do?
4. Results
Do I follow through and deliver? Do people see the evidence?
